We Built Stations.
Then We Became the Supplier.

Stealth Tanks LLC started in 2019 as an extension of Stealth Construction TX — a Houston-based petroleum construction firm that had been building and retrofitting fuel stations across Texas since 2015. After years of watching project timelines collapse because tank suppliers couldn't deliver, founders Sharez Prasla and Sohil Maknojia made a decision: buy the inventory themselves and control the supply chain.

Today Stealth Tanks maintains in-stock inventory of 32,000 and 40,000-gallon UL-certified double-wall USTs in Greater Houston — ready to ship in days rather than months. The construction arm still operates, which means we don't just sell tanks: we install them, register them with TCEQ, plumb them, and build everything above ground as well.

The result is a single company that can take a fuel station from bare ground to grand opening — no juggling three separate contractors, no gaps in accountability.

How We Got Here

2015
Stealth Construction TX Founded
Sharez Prasla and Sohil Maknojia launch Stealth Construction TX in Houston to serve the petroleum equipment construction market — tank installs, pump work, piping, and canopy builds.
2017
First Major Multi-Site Contract
Land a 7-station build-out for an independent operator group in Houston and DFW. First time managing full-scope turnkey delivery end-to-end — installs, pumps, TCEQ registration, and canopy on all sites.
2019
Stealth Tanks LLC Formed
After watching a third large project get delayed 5 months waiting on tanks from the main manufacturers, the decision is made: purchase UST inventory outright and control the supply chain. Stealth Tanks LLC is incorporated.
2021
UL Listing Secured · Inventory Scaled
Formalize the manufacturer relationship, secure UL listing documentation, and scale Houston inventory to 16+ tanks on hand. Begin shipping to out-of-state clients for the first time.
2024
50th Project Milestone
Complete the 50th full-scope project — a 4-pump, 40,000-gallon new-construction station in San Antonio. Team grows to 12 field and office personnel across both entities.

Sharez co-founded Stealth Construction TX in 2015 and built the company's client base across Houston, DFW, and San Antonio. With 15+ years in the petroleum equipment sector, he oversees all new business, major contracts, and supplier relationships. He's been on more fuel station job sites than most engineers twice his age.

Sohil runs the operational side of both Stealth Tanks and Stealth Construction TX. His background is in underground fuel system compliance — TCEQ registration, leak detection system certification, and EPA 40 CFR Part 280. If there's a form TCEQ needs to see, Sohil has filled it out a hundred times.

Danny has been running fuel station builds in Texas since 2012. He coordinates excavation, tank placement, backfill, and commissioning across all active job sites. His crew has installed over 40 USTs without a single TCEQ rejection at final inspection — that number speaks for itself.

Marcus handles all TCEQ registration paperwork, leak detection system documentation, and ongoing compliance for active tank sites. Former TCEQ field investigator — he knows exactly what the agency looks for because he used to be the one looking. No surprises, no rejections.

Tank Installation Lead

Carlos leads the hands-on tank placement and underground piping crews. Certified UST installer in Texas, he's managed everything from single-tank residential-adjacent projects to 6-pump truck stop buildouts. Specializes in difficult soil conditions and tight-footprint urban sites.

Pump & Dispenser Technician

Jerome is the lead Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Wayne Ovation installation tech. He handles dispenser mounting, hydraulic connections, POS integration, and calibration. Authorized service technician for both brands with 11 years on the bench. If a pump's not working right, Jerome finds it.

Field Operations Coordinator

Roberto coordinates logistics between the Greater Houston warehouse, active job sites, and delivery crews. He manages the tank inventory schedule, flatbed logistics for delivery across Texas, and keeps the field crews supplied and on timeline. The reason tanks show up when they're supposed to.
